You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content without permission.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in a separate written proposal before any work begins. That proposal, together with these terms, forms our agreement.

Estimates are provided in good faith. Significant changes to scope may affect timelines and cost, which we'll always discuss with you first.

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced with an upfront deposit and the balance on completion or per milestone. Invoices are due within the period stated on each invoice.

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Each package includes a defined number of revisions and a post-launch support window. Additional work beyond that scope is quoted separately or covered by an ongoing care plan.

We deliver our services with care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law, baseCase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
